VMbed allows you to rent Microsoft Windows machines by the hour and access them remotely using remote desktop (RDP) or VNC. You can save the changes you make to a machine or discard them once you are done. Your machines have full internet access and you have administrator level control. This service provides you with a ready pool of windows machines to use for testing, demonstration or whatever else your needs may be.
We currently have Windows XP Professional and Home edition machines with IE 7, Firefox 2, Ruby and Watir installed. Vista machines are coming soon.

At VMBed we focus on test automation. A simple API and examples scripts are provided to run tests on your machines. Watir is a great way to automate browser testing and so Watir and Ruby are pre-installed on each machine. See the automate page for more details.
